"We got stuck there overnight in St Martin and they had availability. We have stayed there before. It is quite a comfortable place to stay and well situated. It was also quite reasonable for the night. We have stayed there multiple times and have always had a good experience. The people are extremely friendly. The only issue is you cannot check out late on a Saturday morning."

"We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The check in went smoothly and our unit was ready for us. The resort is very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way. It’s ideally located if you don’t want to explore the island and stay put. There are a number of very good restaurants within the immediate walking area or just a short drive away. The beach and pool areas are exceptionally clean with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The only problem we found is that people claim the chairs very early in the morning by attaching their beach towel to the chairs. The security staff does their best to monitor this with a time limit of it being unoccupied and unused. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we hope to visit again."

"All perfect, except when we checked in there was no rooms available for and another 5 couples. They found us all rooms at the sapphire hotel an hour from the secret resort. The following day the shuttle picked us up on time 10am and they gave a nice room and everything went well till we checked out. The hotel manager Ingrid was very attendant and helped with the smooth transition."
