They were doing construction on the outside of the building and drilling literally outside our window on 2 separate days. We called down and they offered us use of the executive lounge, but said there was nothing else they could do. "

"Hotel was great - really modern and stylish rooms. When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the staff in a very welcoming way. The lady behind the desk barely said hello before asking for ID. Another lady was putting stock away behind the desk and she was so polite and welcoming and thanked us for choosing to stay with them which was lovely! We were given our room key and when we got to the room we realised we had been given the accessible room. We didn’t request this so we were a bit confused as...
