"Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The amenities were great. Ended up not doing room service, but food was excellent. The room needed a few minor repairs that a handyman could complete. The server we had in the restaurant was very kind, but she kept checking in on us so much that we got a little weirded out and decided to take our food back to the room. Comfortable bed, great soap,shampoo, etc.!"

"Liked the proximity to Children's Mercy and parking was easy and relatively inexpensive (for downtown KC). But the bed was too firm, and had to deal with heavy footsteps above us from 3:30 a.m. to when we got up. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to check out before 6."

"Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I was disappointed that the resturant was not open to the Courtyard visitors and only included for the Residence visitors. That made the avaialbility of food very limited to only what was offered by the Starbucks in the hotel."

"Very convenient walk to the convention center via the Lowe’s hotel. Was so nice to not have to walk outside other than to cross the street to get into the Lowe’s, then skyway the whole way to the convention center. Slick!"
