"The Doubletree was close to the Queenstown Airport, but located in a private part of Frankton. Only about 6 minute drive to Remarkables Shopping Center and 15-20 minutes to Queenstown (may be 20 min due to road construction to Queenstown). Wonderful views of the lake and the Remarkables mountains! The service, room, hotel, and breakfast buffet were all incredible! This was my favorite stay during my 3 week trip in New Zealand. Convenient, underground garage parking available; kitchenette in-room for light cooking, very good heating/air conditioning in-room"

"From the moment we arrived, it was a pleasure to stay at Colonial Manor, Cromwell. Reception staff were very friendly and professional, showing us to our room on the ground floor, as we had put in a request for. The room was spacious, recently renovated and had everything we required for our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, the shower lovely and hot, and the room nice and cosy. Motel is within walking distance of shopping and dining. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay."

"The Carrick Lodge is very close to the start of the Dunstan Lake cycle trail, a brief walk from two bicycle outfitters and across the street from several restaurants. Our room was clean, well stocked with the necessities and the small kitchen met the needs of two travelers perfectly. We'll be back to stay again."
