It was an excellent experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, free breakfast, free parking and beautiful location. I will save thks hotel as favorite and will definitely use them again every time I visit Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"No pool is really the only reason they got a 4. The breakfast buffet, which we opted to pay for was mediocre. It was worth the $3. The room was nice and very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. We would definitely stay here again. "
