This property is sadly just old and in dire need of an update and renovation. The carpet in my room was threadbare in spots, the bed linens had what looked like mothball holes all over it and the outlets were full of rust. There was no soap left for the sink, so I had to use body wash from the shower to wash my hands. The ice machine on the 12th floor was out of service. The heat level in the workout room was too high and the thermostat to adjust it was under lock and key. The elevator had the floor level blinking, making me wonder if it was going to remain in service, and I only saw one elevator ever in operation. You have to pay $18 for a breakfast that is free everywhere else and it also doesn’t help when you are given a room on the side of the interstate. The loud traffic never ceased all night. I’ve stayed here before and it used to be a decent place to stay but I won’t be back. There are too many other options in the area for around the same price. The staff are very kind….they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with in a hotel. It’s not enough. Time to either close this place or renovate.

The staff was extremely friendly. However, the rooms were very small and the tv. was unreliable. The towels were very worn and the towel for the floor had holes in it. Stayed for four day and only one elevator worked. There was no housekeeping on Thanksgiving and the rest of my stay housekeeping only came by to provide towels, no wash clothes and had to ask housekeeping to take the garbage. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price and the hotels who offer free breakfast provide more choices.

I really wish I could leave a photo behind. When I walked in my room the whole AC pan was on the ground. Hair on the ground and also the bed wasn’t made up. The smell in the room was so strong of an old/mold smell. When I sat down, I started to itch! I called downstairs and the lady was rude saying that I would be charged for an inconvenience fee. Because I wanted to check out and not stay at the hotel. She cannot tell me that I would be charged based on how the room looked and smelled. Also, it’s crazy how they run your card first before you even seeing the room to see if you like it. This was my first time staying in a hotel in a long time due to events like this. I checked out quickly and went to Westin where I had a pleasant stay.
