"Beautiful view in a lovely old hotel that has been well maintained. Walls are thin, so you will hear your neighbors. Also the mattress was not comfortable. I could feel the springs digging into my back. But overall, it was a nice place especially for the price. "

"We arrived to no electric at the hotel due to storm Bert. Fortunately the electric wasn’t off for long, and we were shown to our newly refurbished room. It was nicely decorated, with a large bathroom and shower cubicle. The bed was comfortable and the room warm and it was quiet. The only downside was I paid for a sea view room but did not get this. I got a room overlooking an over grown garden. "

However the TV had no signal and although there was a telephone there was nothing to plug it into. We complained and they moved us to a lovely family room. "A busy friendly pub hotel that made us feel very welcome. Very clean, very large comfy bed. A quiet large warm room and clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and obliging and breakfast delicious. Loved the fact a table at dinner was reserved even without asking and then you could choose not to take it. We did and the menu was varied in a dining room that took good COVID precautions. We enjoyed our dinner. Really great value for money and would definitely recommend."
