"Exceptional staff, really friendly and helpful. They all seemed to work well together, which gave a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lovely comfortable rooms and public areas. The restaurant food was really good quality and well priced. Fantastic breakfast options and again brilliant quality. Only stayed for one night but will definitely be our go to hotel when we need a midland stop next."

"We had little problems there was no Hot water so the manager moved us to one of their other Hotel and gave free breakfast. They did everything to help thank you Logan Guy and James "

"It was a beautiful peaceful setting the grounds were stunning the hotel is lovely inside staff are so polite helpful nothing is to much trouble the tooms are outstanding everything was just perfect"

"Children running up and down corridor at night. Given cookies with walnuts (husband has nut allergy and didn’t read back of packaging, he was really ill. May be an idea to mention to guests when handing out). Air conditioning in room don’t work at all. Fan in room but extremely noisy. Only given 1 bath towel/hand towel so had to phone for one for 2nd guest."
