This is so convenient for attending events at the university or just spending the weekend with my daughter who is a student in halls. Use of the health and wellness centre is a fantastic benefit.
Interior signage poor - couldn’t find our room. Different lifts not both going to reception confusing. A hotel layout map issued at check-in would be helpful.
Comfy room, gorgeous shower, helpful staff. Would recommend & return.
Stay here through work - convenient for the NEC … good price for the area though it’s a bit clinical

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Overall enjoyable stay. Shower itself was nice, but the plug was clogged/damaged so was something of a flooding risk. Slept reasonably, but would have appreciated better quality (ideally blackout) curtains. Self-serve coffee and pastries were greatly appreciated, and all experiences with staff were excellent.
Great hotel, clean and modern. Great amenities. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was nice on the evening and the bar had a lovely atmosphere.
Breakfast was also really good. Will stay again and recommend.
Excellent bed, clean modern room, in a modern building with very good facilities. Very helpful staff . Breakfast was plentiful, self-service, though I seem to remember it being fresher last time we stayed here, and it seems to be at the top end of the price scale. Lots of free car parking. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay. I was coming from Canada and they let me check in early and leave late, which was very helpful for managing flights and was much appreciated.
Fantastic stay. Staff were amazing. Earlier check in allowed as room was ready. Allowed to use the amenities after I checked out for an extra 4 hours whilst I waited for my lad to finish his course. Amazing from start to finish.
