"The hotel is really nicely decorated, very kind staff at the front desk and a good location. When I entered my room it was like the Sahara desert, the heating was on full whack so it was a bit of a shock, assuming that was unintended but I managed to turn it off and the temp reduced. Unfortunately I was in a room that the window faced into a corridor so I couldn't really open the curtains but this didn't really worry me as I wasn't in the room much. The price for the quality of room was good and...

"The restaurant food was great and fresh. The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children. We had to then go get room towels and didn’t feel like great service, the last time we stayed there were also problems with the pool. also the room temperature was freezing and not changeable."

"Pleasant hotel and staff. There is a car park attached which seems to attached alcoholics. Was assured by staff that cars are safe and security patrol the area. My car was fine!"
