"We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel for 8 nights, as we were travelling for a family wedding. The room was perfect - it was super clean, and had a lovely view of the pools. The hotel breakfast has everything you could think of. It’s a perfect location too from Puerto Banus port where we walked everyday. We will definitely be back!"

"We stayed in June 2024. The hotel was busy but not full. Hotel was lovely, clean and has very friendly staff. Great food choices and drinks are available all day. Facilities in the rooms are adequate although hairdryer is basic. They have a good range of toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion all available and plentiful. However I was glad I took my own shampoo and conditioner, as it’s better quality. I would not recommend for the physically disabled though, as the pool is not easily accessible by wheelchair, there is a lift to the ground floor where a pool is but you have to negotiate a steep ramp. The other pools are a short walk from hotel and on our experience well run and we didn’t have to fight for a bed as they don’t allow anyone into the pool areas before 10 am and there’s no tolerance of bed hogging. A few bars and pool bars are all inclusive but some are not and there’s only one main restaurant which is all inclusive. The other restaurants are paying. The near by village has a couple of nice restaurants and the train and buses/taxis are all excellent and close by. The main resort of Benalmádena harbour/old town is a €12-15 taxi ride away. You can get to Benalmádena,Fuengirola and Marbs by train cheaply, which the station is excellent and close to hotel. Nightly entertainment is very good but on Friday through to Sunday, it’s held in the paying bars, so not free. All in all a great stay. "

"Everything great from checkin to check. Needed to change rooms to have a walk in shower . Absolutely no problem. Entertainment every night . Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again . Highly recommend "

"Highly recommend book through the hotel directly, you save a lot more money and the info will be accurate. The hotel is very nice, staff were amazing both Miguel and Fran. We had a wonderful vacation. Parking was easy in Blanco Zona for free and rooms had kitchen which was a nice surprise. Local grocery stores and nearby shopping and restaurants were very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff always welcomed us with a wonderful smile. "

"A great hotel located close to Malaga airport. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pizza n the onsite restaurant is very good. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel is in a great position to walk to everything required in the town eg, bars, restaurants, shops, beach, port, train and bus station. Taxis are immediate. The hotel is modern and spacious. The bedroom and bathroom was also modern, practical and spacious with a balcony for views of the sea. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Pillows too were big and firm and stayed firm. There is a pillow menu but the pillows were perfect. Housekeeping were great cleaning the room perfectly every day. Welcoming and extremely helpful and knowledgeable reception staff. Breakfast buffet was busy with plenty.of choice. I would have liked out door dining but the space to do this was limited. The dining room was welcoming on arrival with plenty of staff replenishing the buffet, clearing tables etc. The outside areas were modern and clean. Great pool. I didn't sun bathe but there were lots of sun beds. The outside bar was often busy. The staff there were friendly however, they were often very busy and slightly stressed at times - they could have done with a few more staff to provide a quicker table snd chair service to avoid queues for the bar. Maybe the inside bar could have been used to assist with that service. This isn't a criticism - just a suggestion. Despite stress the staff remained professional even dealing with a rude customer in a nice manner, which i found very kind of them - not sure i could have been so nice. Loved my holiday."
