"we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. "Short taxi ride from the airport, easy train links to local attractions, great food and clean. We've stayed at hotels with bigger and more interactive kids clubs but the effort staff make for the evening mini disco is great! Overall, good value for money."

"Loved the pool area, especially Sun Society pool. Balinese beds were great. Pool was cool but refreshing. Food at breakfast and dinner on half board was excellent. Getting drinks or food at the pool bars was the only negative we experienced. Staff were lovely and did their best but there was not enough for demand at the busy times of lunch and pre- dinner. "Convenient hotel but be warned, standard fare to hotel in a taxi is €25! Esperzenza got us a taxi to the airport to collect a car the following day and she got it for €12.50. Diana on reception was also really friendly and helpful. I can’t fault the staff at all, so friendly. The hotel is tired and breakfast was a little hectic too"
