Got to check in before actual check in time, got a free room upgrade, with a coupon for the bar. Amazing area, safe with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Absolutely no complaints, I would come back again.

Great hotel and very central location close to the main station and very welcoming staff, nice breakfast. But noisy surroundings, was difficult at times to sleep even with earplugs at the back of the hotel on the 1st floor due to people returning late from nights out and dwelling for ages at the back of the hotel into the early hours chatting, outside the hotels control of course but worth bearing in mind if you are a light sleeper….

The property was excellent and there was some refurb activity going on but it was done quietly and quickly and the trades people were lovely and polite. The hotel staff were all excellent and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was always someone on hand and available so you never had to look for someone to assist. Couldn't fault anything the rooms were great and lovely and clean and attentive staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to move rooms because the street traffic was busy throughout the night. The air conditoning didn't work in either room. My Son and I were taken ill with a stomach bug and they couldn't wait to get rid of us even though we begged to remain in our room a little longer as our flight didn't take off until the evening we were turned down and had to lie in reception until departure.

Great location friendly staff
The hotel is in a great location. Walking to everywhere in Malaga. Parking is the most complicated part as it is in a building across the street. The hotel entrance is at a bus stop so a car cannot even stop for a minute. You can drive around on the small street behind the hotel. Other than that, the staff is very nice And helpful We had an internal room which was Ok.
