"The location was great in the neighborhood of Getsmani which was 10 minutes walking from the clock tower. The owners and workers were very sweet and helpful. What we did not like was our room, Afrique, which was dark and too small for three women to share. The bed was a queen not a king according to US standards. The mattress was too firm. "O hotel é bom , a piscina é ótima, atendimento ótimo, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos. O banheiro apenas que tive problema em não fechar a porta, o sabonete é líquido, achei isso muito ruim, e no último dia entraram hóspedes extremamente barulhentos na piscina e ficaram até de madrugada. O café da manhã é bom mas pode melhorar pois só tem uma opção todos os dias!"

"The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance."

"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Osh Hotel Cartagena, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of colonial charm and modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. The hotel's rooftop pool and bar are also not to be missed! The views of the city are breathtaking, and the cocktails are expertly crafted. "We have enjoyed the rooming suite for our family of four! The ocean view from the window was stunning in late December! The club food bar was great! The swimming pools inside the hotel were beautiful! Cross the street, you can swim in the ocean and walk on the beach. Very close to the old town of Cartagena, the treasure of the South America with rich culture, delicious foods. The hotel service was great!"
