"By The Sea Guesthouse is a bit far from downtown, but in a quiet area, which is nice! It's a 20,000 to 25,000 COP taxi ride to go downtown but easy to find a taxi and only takes a few minutes. "First of all, BRING CASH. The hotel does not accept cards. I almost ruined my only day on the island searching for someone to give me cash because the only two ATMs weren't working.
