"The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance."

"The building was nice. The apartment was spacious in a nice area. The mattresses were a little hard and I really wished there were more pillows. We could not really use one of the showers because the water leaked out and it made a big mess. Overall it was nice. That is why I gave it 4 stars. "

"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. The ladies are constantly sweeping and cleaning, and always welcome guests in a polite manner and a smile. We witnessed...

"The location and the apartment is very convenient and very well located and maintained. The only comments were that we were 3 people and there were only two towels and one of these broken. Also the sofa bed is not comfortable and might need a replacement. Other than that the property is very good."

"The property unexpectedly canceled my reservation due to overbooking. Then blamed it on Expedia which caused confusion. Trying to sort the whole ordeal out took between 2.5-3 hours. And on vacation that’s a lifetime. Be weary when booking. "

"El departamento muy acogedor y limpio. La única situación que fue un poco incómoda es que los elevadores se dañaron constantemente y no había ventilación dentro de ellos. Además coincidió que habían llegado muchas personas para un torneo de baseball y estaba lleno todo el edificio y los elevadores colapsaban constantemente "

The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rainfall showerhead was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. But what really sets Osh Hotel apart is its incredible location. Situated in the heart of Cartagena's historic Old Town, you're just steps away from the city's most famous landmarks, restaurants, and bars. "We have enjoyed the rooming suite for our family of four! The ocean view from the window was stunning in late December! The club food bar was great! The swimming pools inside the hotel were beautiful! Cross the street, you can swim in the ocean and walk on the beach. Very close to the old town of Cartagena, the treasure of the South America with rich culture, delicious foods. The hotel service was great!"
