"You get what you pay for, and since this hotel is about $20-30 cheaper per night than any other in the area, you shouldn't expect much. However if you need a place to crash in route to your final destination and cost is a factor, then this will work."

"We received excellent customer service from the time of checking in until my checkout. Everyone I made contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help. I will gladly stay at this establishment in the future when visiting the Charlotte, NC area. Very reasonable rates, great breakfast bar, and very nice and clean rooms.
