"The paving from the parking area up to the hotel entrance was quite uneven, wirh one dropped kerb onto a steep path that was covered in a light dusting of snow. The receptionist was very pleasant upon arriving. Smiling and greeting us. Although we arrived via a late flight, we could have liked a porter to assist with our baggage to the room, or a luggage trolley, especially as the carpeted corridors made it difficult for our suitcase wheels to traverse.
