"Lovely cottage. Very peaceful. The log burner was nice to use as it took a while for the cottage to warm up with the heaters and the day we arrived it was pretty cold. The cottage had everything you need for a stay. We all agreed that the beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. Nice location to visit Leyburn, Hawes and Aysgarth. "This cottage is represented well by the photographs on the website. It had everything we needed for our stay. We are two adults and two children (15, 12) and there was adequate room for us all. There were no issues with parking directly outside the property, we managed to get a space everytime. Helmsley is a lovely place, everyone was very friendly. This cottage was an excellent base for exploring the nearby area."
