There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"Superb accomodation, very clean and well organised, the location was perfect, near to Harrogate, Skipton, Ripon and also not far away from York. It was very quiet and the total opposite of the city life we both endure. "The property works for the purpose of my visit to York. It is clean and comfortable, and literally minutes to my son’s rental. The landlord was very helpful and easily contactable for minor issues. The property is at a quiet position where it’s not facing the main road. The bus into the city centre was literally at door step so very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Will use it again for future visit to my son and would recommend it to friends who want to visit York."

"We went to York as family with our Labrador. We loved every bit of our stay here. The house is quiet as it is located behind the hosts house and well away from the road. It is safe with gated entrance. It is spacious with a lovely open plan living space and two spacious bedrooms. It was clean and well kept. "Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."
