"The property is just as described, with everything you might want deftly included in a small and chic space. Really handy for town - as long as you don't mind a hill! - and for the river. We were in town in less than 10 minutes and at riverside cafes in even less time. The location is quiet, and the balcony provided a lovely additional space when the sun shone."

"Village location in the yorkshire dales. Parking available but not guaranteed immediately outside of the apartment. Simple kitchen, but good enough to make meals. Comfy beds (2 doubles), good bathroom and living area (also has a sofa bed). Perfect for a weekend away to explore the local area. Would stay again."

"We went to York as family with our Labrador. We loved every bit of our stay here. The house is quiet as it is located behind the hosts house and well away from the road. It is safe with gated entrance. It is spacious with a lovely open plan living space and two spacious bedrooms. It was clean and well kept. "My partner and I had a lovely stay in the Junior Suite. Conveniently located a short walk away from York centre, we were able to park very easily and leave the car whilst we walked everywhere. Very quiet and clean, it was a great base for us to enjoy a couple of brilliant days in York doing all our touristy things. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"The property works for the purpose of my visit to York. It is clean and comfortable, and literally minutes to my son’s rental. The landlord was very helpful and easily contactable for minor issues. The property is at a quiet position where it’s not facing the main road. The bus into the city centre was literally at door step so very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Will use it again for future visit to my son and would recommend it to friends who want to visit York."

"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."
