"the location is the largest plus. parking was easy, rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel is old and sprawling, but thats part of the charm. only drawback is that one of my rooms had the payment dropped from online... a little confusion when i gave a 2nd card for incidental coverage. i had to pay full price for the room while it was being fixed. havent received an email about a credit yet."
