"The house location was beautiful. We loved waking up to the view of the lake. Super quiet and serene. Ed and Robin were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and helpful with local information and suggestions. They were ready to assist whenever needed. Unfortunately the weather kept us from taking advantage of their kayaks but they were all available for use. Wonderful stay!"

"Even on a freezing cold weekend this little cottage was an absolute dream. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, pellet stove, and hot tub all ready to go. My partner who is very sensitive to fragrances was very grateful for the neutral smell scape - we didn’t have to “air out” the space or move a single scented candle! Thank you! "Had a wonderful weekend trip with my boyfriend and our dog. Clean house with all of the amenities. Short ride to Aurora (cute small town) and 1/2 hour to Ithica (hiking and city). Corner store and a couple of wineries nearby. Would definitely stay again when we can use the lake, but enjoyed the sunsets and beautiful mornings. "

"The house clean and details provided about the listing were very accurate. My wife enjoyed jetted tub. Location was excellent and easy to get following directions and information about the roads near cottage. The fenced in yard for dogs was very convenient . We only stayed one day and it rained but would be an excellent spot to view a beautiful sunset that the area is known for . "

"Overall was pretty good, the online site is quite out of date. Coffee maker , television stuff etc.The back stairs were not cleanered off all ice. Place was very clean and the kitchen was very accessible. Thank you"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mallard Cottage. Views from the deck were spectacular, witnessed a full moon rising in the East and delighted in the beautiful end of day light glowing in the fields below. The cottage was bright and airy with several windows affording views and natural light. Clean and cozy and had everything we could possibly need. . "

"The property was lovely and had all the amenities. Right on the water. Less than half an hour to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen. We absolutely loved it here! The second half bath was a bit of an overstatement since it was in a separate unheated outbuilding but was not an issue since there were only two of us. "

"This was a great tucked away spot behind a vineyard. It was cozy and great access to the lake. It was smack in the middle of many wineries and 15 minutes to watkins glen. There is no air conditioning but fans were supplied. It is supplied with well water. Bring your basic cooking supplies oil, butter and seasonings. "

"The property was beautiful. Short paths to stroll and we had the opportunity to pick fresh apples and pears to enjoy with our meals. Very cozy yurt that had everything we needed. Acommodating and helpful host! We would certainly come back again. "

"Location was amazing, house was clean and roomy. The only bad thing was the parking garage . It’s not too close to house and instructions to open it were never conveyed through the email . We had to contact maintenance to see how to work the garage doors . They did answer promptly. Overall it was a pretty view and relaxing atmosphere."
