"The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard."

"I think this must be a great property in the summer. I do think it should either not be rented in the winter or more actively maintained for winter conditions.
