"Overnight stay before long haul flight. Restaurant a bit limited. Arrived late and wanted a snack but only full meals available. Breakfast very expensive. Didn't seem very organised. Fruit juice had run out, no bowls etc. Lots of steps to get to ground floor accommodation - extremely difficult to maneuver with suitcases. However, receptionist was very helpful, booking a taxi and looking after luggage after check out"
