Property managers claim they never received any funds and i could "talk to expedia", and couldn't accommodate me. Property managers now refuse to answer any calls from expedia or additional texts from myself so i can get a refund. Currently still waiting for...

"the hosts is a young couple. they are very nice and helpful BUT, this is not a hotel, nor it's a b&b like the hosts like to call it. this is a couple having an extra room in their small apartment and renting it as a superior room in a hotel!!!! it was not stated anywhere on the "hotel" description that this is a private house and should not be on a website like hotels.com AT ALL! apart from that the room is far from being superior except for it's located at top floor under a non insulated...
