"We were surprised that it was a 3rd story walk-up and I think that would be good to add to the description of this place. The only other negative was that the AC was only in the bedroom and the fan didn't work in the rest of the space. However, leaving the bedroom door open cooled the rest of the space (at 85 degrees outside temp). Overall we were really happy with this little apartment. "Very nice condo! Clean, safe and just off the 6th tee. Could use some ice trays, but the bar at the club house gave us almost enough ice the first night to last the whole 9 nights."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"We stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in El Legato Golf Resort. Grounds are kept up quite nicely, restaurant was very good and the people were very nice. You definitely need a car, however, to get there and visit surrounding areas. Guayama is a very nice town, much quieter that San Juan area - pretty, clean local beaches not too far away. If you like to play golf, even better!"

"My experience from the beginning to checkout was smooth. It was lovely meeting Adina, a very down to Earth considerate and responsive host! The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly cozy! Although, in the midst of amazing night life just around the corner, the location was safe and quiet! I even felt safe enough to have early morning strolls and walk at night alone. The only draw back was not having the balcony in a central space....
