"The inside was nice with beautiful decor, however one major detail that's important to me is hot water, and there was only Luke warm water, besides that everything was great. It was also difficult to locate using Maps, you'll have to as the locals to help locate the property for entry"

"Our stay was nothing but perfect. The location was great. The loft was spacious and clean. Only problem we came across was the Iron someone burnt something which messed up one outfit trying to use. The host was very easy to communicate with , the kitchen was equipped with everything you’d need. We will definitely reach out to stay here again. "

"This condo was perfect! The view from the condo is amazing! You get a full view of the city, and it is in a perfect location right between Old San Juan and Condado. There is beach access close by and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. The condo itself is beautiful and has a great kitchen. The only thing that could have been improved it that there was no hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!"

"Sonia was excellent to work with. Property was as described. Close to a great beach and restaurants. Only thing that we would mention that needs improved is the (low) temperature of the water in the shower. Luke warm showers are really our thing. Otherwise, property was awesome!"

We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "We absolutely loved our Christmas stay at Luis's gorgeous apartment. Because things are a little quiet over Christmas, it was important for us to have a nice place we could have a good time in. It was spacious, clean, luxurious. It felt like we were living in a movie set! We loved the art all around the apartment. The views from the lovely balcony were beautiful. "The best thing about this stay is the host, Rebecca. She is super responsive and eager to make your stay special. The location is between Old San Juan and Condado…so both are easy to get to via Uber. The beach (El Escambron) was easy to get to and is walkable. The place was very clean and as described. Loved the patio out back with the lights. A great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day."
