"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "

"The property was perfect for a couple breakaway. Village was extremely pretty with a fantastic pub two minutes walk away. The food was home cooked and plentiful (real ales and great wine list) ate there most nights. The cottage had everything you needed and the owner couldnt have been any nicer or more accommomodating. Little village shop which had most things and the villagers were lovely. Would definitely stay again."

"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "
