"When I made my reservation, I put in the instruction section that I needed a ground floor room or if not available a room near the elevator. If there wasn’t an elevator available, it had to be a ground floor room. On check-in, I was informed that it was an upstairs room. When I explained to the clerk that an upstairs room would not work due to my wife’s mobility issues and that I had made note of it in my reservation, he was able to get us into a ground floor room. Better than a Hilton

"I left them a glowing Google review already, but this place is fantastic! The food that Jesse makes is extremely good, the rooms were spacious and included a kitchenette, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in during a hotel stay- and I've stayed in tons of hotels over the past 30 years taking multiple flights a year! I don't know why I never booked a room at a Staybridge before, but I will absolutely be doing it again, especially at this location!"
