"The room we received was not the room that I reserved. I reserved a junior suite and we had a regular King room. I know I paid more for the junior suite. The pictures online showed a bigger room for a junior suite and as mentioned we just had a what I consider a normal King room. Otherwise everything was fine, the gentleman at check in was very nice and patient as there was a long line for checking in."

"When the mirror was steamed up from a shower a derogatory message about Trump was visible... told the desk so trust it was taken care of. It showed sparkling clean until the steam made it visible. Crazy people..."

"The hotel staff was pretty amazing from the get-go. They went above and beyond to make sure that the guest experience was excellent and really help make some useful decisions about the area. The room was also impressive and the attention to detail was nice. Example include that they wrap all their cups and mugs. I recommend getting their garden patio for an additional fees. "
