Property was clean and in a nice area. However, I was disappointed that I booked a room that was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub and that’s not what I received. So I paid money for something I did not gets staff should pay a little more attention to the details so guests get what they actually paid for. My stay was 2 days ago and I still haven’t received my $100.00 security deposit back.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. For the most part it’s clean but there always seem to be areas overlooked by cleaning crew.

Over the last 3 stays on this property, it has been unsatisfactory. I have pictures of how dirty the space was. That being said…the overnight person on 12/30/24 was amazing!!! The first room I had 103 was unacceptable as those in the next room were partying. Next was room 113 which reeked of cigarette smoke. Next room 214 presented issues with the card access!!

I have pictures! Mold on shower curtain, shower grips were either rusted or filled with mold! poop or big booger on bedroom wall. Dust on lamp, tv remote no back on it. Hair on toilet seat, blanket wadded up on top of shelf. Sheets and pillowcases dirty, pool area cold and pool was freezing hot tub was ok. Charge 100 deposit not listed unless you go to end of listing. Then you don’t get deposit back for 3-5 business days! Expedia this needs taken off your list of approved hotels what a disappointment it is listed on such a reliable site. Breakfast was as expected for cheap hotel but room was NOT! Any reviews saying otherwise might just be fake! Don’t know but we didn’t expect what we ran into. For sure the 100 was not expected. Shady area of town we came from Colorado going home to Ohio we did not see anywhere the area of town might not be safe two police officers came in while we were in Lobby……

When i stepped inside the foyer to register, there was a very strong smell of pot. I was worried it would be strong in the room as well but the room smelled fine. I was surpassed to find only 4 small pillows, 2 on each bed. The pillows were so broken down as to be extremely lumpy.

The staff was very efficient and kind. There was a new staff member and if he hadn't told me it was his first day I wouldn't have ever guessed. His customer service skills were great, and he handled the whole check-in process very friendly and professional.

Everyone was amazing and sweet very nice hotel rooms and pool area the pool closed a day before we checked out and that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t great about the place breakfast is so good waffle maker was easy to use and rooms are very clean would stay again

If cleanliness matters at all read......
Cleanliness is not good at all. Food crums all over room corners full of dust and whatever crums, mold on shower certain and under plastic rounds on tub, sheets had stains and says no smoking but yet both beds had brun holes in mattress cover.

Not the best experience.
There was a dirty towel in front of the tv. There was cold water in the ice bucket. The jacuzzi tub in the room was held together with painter's tape. The door latch was broken so we propped a chair against the door. The toilet didn't flush properly, it almost overflowed. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not working. The juice machine was out of order and the only hot breakfast was waffles but they only had one waffle maker so you had to wait in line. No, I didn't complain to staff about any of this because I was to tired and just wanted to relax.

Rooms are dirty the room we had had cigarette burns in sheets and comforter. The tub had the side boards tape on them to hold them up. A/c heater did not work stunk like death. We paid 270.00 a night for this skip this place
