Great hotel, very clean, the traffic from I-70 can be a bit noisy as well as the footsteps; however, the room is excellent and clean as well as the bathroom. Hope to return soon! Very close to the mall as well

The room was clean and the man at the desk for check in was great. I was bummed to find that the in room coffee pot was missing so many parts that it was not useable...but overall, a pretty dang good stay.

After a long day of traveling, it was nice to have an easy check in and a friendly receptionist. Sadly the positive feeling was derailed by the dirty towels in our room. They all had hair on them and looked overall unclean. The linens were also compromised. Found hair and eyelashes on them as well. Slept in our clothes. It was too late bother.

Only complaint really is that it smelled like weed and the cleaning people did not remake our bed they just left the sheets and cases in the bathroom counter for us to do it.

There was urine drops around the toilet. The first thing I did was to mice and tall and mop the floor so my wife wouldn’t notice it. Before we fell asleep, we noticed two stink bugs in the room. There were only 2002 washcloths. The only warm breakfast was sausage, gravy and biscuits the same both mornings no bacon no sausage, no eggs I believe there was a waffle maker which did not use. The orange juice was good.
