Could not use their shuttle because it is only Mon-Fri til 5pm! Not easy to find the elevator because there are no signs directing you to it and they are strangely hidden. Also, when you drive over from the Hilton part of the street, you cannot see a sign saying it is the Hyatt House! There are two signs (I later discovered). One at top of building you cannot see when you are near the building. The other is not at the entrance but down by the main road.

The property was very nice and affordable. I reserved a king suite and the room was spacious and had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff had great customer service and friendly. The only thing they could improve is having the parking lot plowed more frequently. I was there during a winter storm and the lot needed more attention. But I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and would recommend to others.

We booked a suite with a small kitchen. It was well equipped and made it easy to prepare our own occasional meals during our stay. I loved the layout of the room with the room divider and swivel tv. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of delicious food options and I also loved that there was a free coffee and water station available to me even after the breakfast area was closed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay and I would choose to stay there again should we be in the Colorado Springs area in the future.
