"Our stay was for a special occasion and to check off a bucket list to climb the Incline. The Cliff House was so historically excellent and different for us. The only thing we think would improve this is if the hotel host could provide information about the incline and how to get reservations as we didn't now reservations were required. "

The house had a lot of history and is quaint and comfortable. Our hostess Arlene is a treasure. Chock-full of intriguing stories and experiences to include first hand knowledge of the House as well as the neighborhood and nearby “must see” sites to visit during our short stay.
