The location is right on the road into La Fortuna so everything was very convenient. There is a lovely creek just beyond the back yard providing the chance of spotting birds or even monkeys. Mary's Place is less than a half-kilometer up the road and a great place for happy hour and/or a meal. For fun while you're in the area, we highly recommend a whitewater rafting trip...

"I stayed with my family in this property from Monday to Friday. I love that is surrounded by trees and is so quiet at night. I also loved the location; it was very close to the town and lots of things to do. Being in the clouds forest we had lots of condensation and sometimes the floor would get wet, nothing a mop wouldn’t fix if you don’t mind. If you plan to cook big meals, they only have a rice cooker and an electric skillet and no stove. We didn’t have an issue with that. Overall we had a...

"This condo is just as advertised. It is in a beautiful spot with a view of Arenal volcano from the bedroom and a forest view from other rooms. There are windows everywhere but no other houses close enough that they could see into the unit. The air conditioner works well. It is not a newly renovated condo but was clean and comfortable. We didn't find it on the first try but the host was very responsive and helpful and got us there quickly."
