"I am not sure if we received VIP. perks but the property, food, staff, and room were awesome. It was like a little oasis in a bustling but laid back area. The restaurant, Gigi’s, was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The food options were flavourful and the entertainment made it extra special. Great staff in reception and housekeeping, too. Beautiful pool area. "

"Great stay, good selection of food for breakfast. Could use more beach chairs at the pool. Like so often people put towels to reserve them and then aren't around for hours later. Frustrating! "

"Horrible stay. This place is severely overpriced. Out of the 4 places I stayed at in this area, this was the most expensive and the worst stay. No hot water, 1 towel, it was cold (luckily I had a sweater with me which I slept in) and I got woken up at 5 am by monkeys. I should have stayed at my previous hotel another night"

"-The room looked just like the pics. When we arrived to our Jr. Suite our room was clean, fridge cold and so was the A/C! Huge shower with two sinks. Plenty of counter space and a little shelf for all your toiletries, etc. Which was a big plus when u have girls sharing a bathroom. The bed was comfy. I really liked the fact that beside the bed was a little shelf and it had light switches. -One of the great things about the rooms here is that you could not hear the other guests. Our room was close...
