"This is a nice comfortable place for two couples. We are college friends from the 1960s Location was excellent for our purpose. We parked the cars and walked around everywhere for two days. Saw everything we wanted to see. Enjoyed downtown and at the condo, inside and out. Listing was accurate. My wife left two cosmetic pouches and the host has graciously packed them up and sent them to her. We appreciate VRBO."

"The house was amazing. It was a perfect fit for our mother daughter birthday celebration. It was clean, true to the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and within walking distance to what we wanted to do. Having the parking space in back was a nice bonus. I would choose this location again the next time I am in Savannah! "Perfect location; only 99 steps to the beach. Great beach path. Small 1 “bedroom” cottage with a detached bedroom. The inside bedroom isn’t private but was great with my daughter. She slept on the daybed so we could easily talk but have our own space. We didn’t use the detached room. Comfortable but small."

"This place was definitely a GEM! I’m not sure what we enjoyed more…. The home or the home owners! I forgot what it’s like to book with actually owners! We came for my daughter 14th birthday! We were welcomed with birthday balloon, banner and decorations!! A very special touch! Great communication and directions to property! Also provided us with information on things to not miss in Savannah! Will definitely be back to this Gem!!"

"We stayed for a week with our 2 kids. There were plenty of amenities for kids in the home such as pack n play, highchair, kids games. Plenty of space for everyone. Although the pool was not open at the time of our stay it was close to the home and looked really fun! We did go to the playground and that was really nice to have close by to occupy a toddler. Host was always easy to contact and communicate with. "

"Great place, great location. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Beds & bedrooms wonderful. A little Maintenance needed. Showerhead in front bedroom needs replacing & bathroom fixtures in half bath downstairs & sink need a little tightening g & repair. Otherwise all great!!!!Loved it & want to book for next book festival. "

"This house was absolutely perfect for a group of girls! We had my sisters bachelorette party here and the space was amazing. When we checked in the property was a little dirty but the communication with the host was great and they took care of it. The location was absolutely perfect. We even rented a boat on the river at the end of the street so we were able to walk. Highly recommend!"

"It served it’s purpose. I had to message for our check in information, we had to make one bed up, the sheet/cover was only left folded on top of the bed… only a flat sheet at that, they forgot the fitted sheet. The towels had stains, and the showers hot water only worked half the time(but the sink always had hot water, not sure what was up with that). Otherwise it was a good stay! "
