"This was such a lovely place! Beth and the entire staff were welcoming and accommodating. I truly loved the fact that I stayed at a historic home rather than a traditional hotel. The Godley Manor is walkable to downtown; everywhere is less than a mile walk, 15-25 minutes, depending on where you’re going. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful inn with that Southern charm, The Godley Manor is it. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Savannah in Springtime is magical, and a home base for our family of four doesn’t get better than The Carriage House with the most beautiful azaleas in full bloom (late March) that we have ever seen. The historic setting and the location right next to Forsyth Park are what set this VRBO apart. Would book again and would recommend to anyone. "

"We spent 3 nights, apartment was quiet but a liitle out of the way. It is 2nd floor, over a garage. 4 blocks to Forsyth Park, 5 blocks to the trolley which stops running 7pm, 1 mile walk to restaraunts and shopping. We had to move the car for street sweeping but not a problem parking on the other side for 1 night. It was very clean. There is a full kitchen and laundry however we used neither. "This studio was great for being within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach! If you are looking for a place to relax in between all your Tybee activities this is a great spot. The porch is the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day at the beach!"

"Being close to Forsyth Park and much of the historic district was great. Even though the host was very clear about paying attention to parking limitations on the street, we did end up with a violation as we did not pay attention one night. It wasn't enough to ruin our visit but just a heads-up to those who follow us. The hop-on, hop-off trolley is a great way to get an overview of the area.
