"You can tell the home was built in the 70s but they really did a very nice job updating the homes, especially the bathrooms and brand new kitchen. Some walls had some scuffs and things, and we photographed them upon arrival. Host was excellent and very responsive. One suggestion please provide more toilet paper."

"We had a great time staying at the vacation rental and it fit our needs well. It was very clean, had everything we needed and was well decorated and furnished. Great location, within a short walking distance to the beach. The only downside was that there was no WiFi when we arrived which meant we also weren't able to watch any TV. We were there for one week and unfortunately the WiFi didn't get fixed the whole time we were there and we did not receive any reimbursement by the host."

Unfortunately, hurricane Helene just wreaked havoc on our plans in the ability to make the drive to our stay. With a consistent week's communication of loads of sent evidence, and the understanding, assistance, and policy from VRBO, the host was kind enough to agree to reimburse us for the missed opportunity. "The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday. "We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and up-to-date. The location was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t get to use the amenities offered (pool, fitness room etc.), but knowing it was there was great considering how reasonable the price was for the rental. The free use of the golf cart was an added bonus. However, the battery really starts draining once the charge gets below half. "

"Overall this was a great stay. The location is amazing with a beautiful view. The furniture was comfortable, especially the outdoor furniture. We loved the screened in porch and rode the bikes after airing up the tires with the provided pump. The lack of extras made it a little less comfortable. We were given one wash cloth and one bath towel per person for 3 nights, so I had to do laundry every day. There were no extra blankets anywhere. I purchased hand soap, fruit fly bait, countertop...

"The BIG surprise was in check in. I was expecting to pay $46 resort fee and it ended up being $61. They have a few more fees than last time, which was $38. This was a total surprise. The stay was nice, however the toilet was not bolted to the floor on both sides. It moved constantly. The floors seemed dirty."
