"Excellent luxury spa hotel. Very helpful and attentive service. Excellent food in Charlie’s. Also enjoyed the lunchtime bar food and many fine touches around the hotel. Enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Special thanks to the young woman who welcomed us at check in and to James from Sunderland for keeping us entertained in the whisky bar despite his injury. The food was delicious and the head chef was so thoughtful that she put a vegetarian dish on the menu for me.
