"The air conditioner was very loud. I tried for over an hour to print two documents. The Business Center was closed, the printer in the lobby would not connect, and the staff said they could not print from a memory stick (which I don't believe). My attempts to mail the files to the staff failed. I finally gave up after running out of time for an appointment."

Great Experience

"We had a great experience. Naz checked us in when we arrived and she was very friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They gave us lots of pillows and whatever we ask for. They let us check out a little later so we didn't have to rush. And when we were checking out the receptionist and seem to be the owner was very friendly and talkative. I would recommend staying there to anyone. I know for myself I will definitely stay there again if I should go to Raleigh North Carolina."

Would stay again

"We stayed a single night but would stay again if in the area. The hotel was very conveniently located to food and shopping. The check in was smooth, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel could use some TLC."
