"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Helen, GA. It was perfectly on theme, you feel transported from the moment you drive up to the property. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were all so friendly & helpful. The radio alarm in the room next to us went off at 3am. We called front desk and they took care of it within minutes. Coffee and tea available at the lobby all day. The room was spacious, the view was beautiful! The kids loved the hotel. I could go on and on about how great this place was! We will definitely be back! "

"This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. The facility is great, and they were renovating areas to make it even better. What won me over was the service at the desk. Will was the worker who helped us check in. He was fantastic. Just the nicest guy. He helped and accommodated some requests we had. We were in walking distance to so much on the main road. My kids loved the free cookies and drinks throughout the day. Thank you for making our trip so good! "
