"This property was a bit higher in proce but it was clean with friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available at all times. I also felt the location was perfect for exploring Helen. Most shops were within walking distance which was wonderful considering the parking lots were pay to park in town. "

"The room and bedding was better than expected. Very clean and comfortable. The front desk was friendly during check in and morning breakfast. Would definitely stay here again! Right in the middle of the town and near all attractions."

"We traveled to the area for some winter hiking on the nearby Appalachian Trail and luckily chose to stay at the Lake Chatuge Lodge. Very friendly and helpful staff, our room was large and comfortable, adequate breakfast, and a nice bonus for us; clean and economical laundry machines on our floor. Great nearby locally owned restaurants and retailers too. We originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying 2 additional nights. We will definitely return for our next North Georgia mountain hiking trip!"

"I have had the privilege to visit this resort twice now. I love the atmosphere. The only thing I would change is that the beds aren’t super comfy but I also have back issues so they may be just fine to others that don’t struggle with back issues. "
