Will was the worker who helped us check in. He was fantastic. Just the nicest guy. He helped and accommodated some requests we had. We were in walking distance to so much on the main road. My kids loved the free cookies and drinks throughout the day. Thank you for making our trip so good! "

"This place was just great!! We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and my husband really enjoyed the large bathtub and hot tub!! I especially liked that the cabin had everything we needed and more and was very clean! Will definitely try and stay here next time we visit Helen!!"

"Check in was very simple and they upgraded our room at our request with us simply paying them the difference directly. Pros: This is an older property, charming, good quality clean linen, clean mattress (I always check seams and headboards for critters). Cons: Since it is older some of the walkways and steps are worn and could be difficult for someone unsteady on their feet. It was apparent a previous customer had smoked in the room but it was not overwhelming. The plumbing for the tub was slow and paint /caulking needed maintenance. Overall for the cost of the stay it was very acceptable. "
