"We booked last minute and the only room left was an executive suite. More money, but spacious and had private balcony. It was well worth paying extra for the privacy. We noticed the other rooms not only shared their balcony, but the entrance to the rooms was off their balcony which seemed a little strange. Hotel has a great courtyard with a tasty menu and great margaritas. "

"Staff at the front desk during check in was rude. There is water available in the lobby in a very nice picture/container but no cups. Asked about cups and they said we are all out. It went down hill from there."
