A big thanks to cleaning staff for sending my property to lost items. If there is any problem here it’s the windows for City view rooms. It’s well overdue they were cleaned externally."

"The property was in a great position for China Town, the Greek quarter and for Melbourne Museum.There is a bus stop in front, or the free tram about a 5minute walk from property allowing for easy access to the city and Docklands. Compared to other Oaks properties we have stayed in, this one felt more tired. "Had one of the best stays ever. Clean, new, and well maintained Wonderful staff. 2 short blocks to the free tram. 4 blocks to a large grocery store (Woolworth). Book it! You'll thank me later."

"I visited from the US, so as I was getting acquainted with the change of schedule - I had a couple of late nights. there was always staff available to greet me as I returned from wandering around or coming back in from a bite. very hospitable. super close to fun sites, the city was easy to navigate. when I return (which is inevitable as I’ve fallen in love with Melbourne) I will most definitely be booking with Oaks on William"
