"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). But would definitely stay again."

"Great design of the room, really high quality for the price. Comfy bed, only issue was it was pretty noisy but that’s what you get on a Friday night. A gap filler under the door would help massively. Great location and smooth check in and out - don’t even need to speak to anyone at all. "

"Quite possibly one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed at in Australia. There’s no signage on the outside of it, so it is quite hard to locate. I wasn’t sent any check in instructions and check in wasn’t until 5pm, so that’s quite inconvenient. The bed that I was put in was right beside the window with a screen that was broken, since the room is on the ground floor, someone could easily access the room. The lockers are also broken so you can’t securely store your stuff. At 2:30am I was woken up...

"Great place with great atmosphere. Really good starting point, cos everybody's so helpful. A lot of longtermers to hangout with and social events everyday. Totally would recommend. "

"The air filters for the air cons were extremely filthy preventing the air cons from working. We had to clean them ourselves. There were several huntsmen spiders we had to kill. One of the aircons in the house didn’t turn on at all. Communication with property manager was slow and not helpful. Some random friends of the owner came onto the property thinking it was vacant. The floors needed more thorough cleaning. The outside of the property needed to be cleaned of leaves, wasp nests and abundance...

"Very clean for a hostel type accommodation. convenient location. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm with private bathroom, so can;t comment on the bigger dorms. YMMA It was rather loud thou on a sat night. Not sure whether the noise was from its own pub or somewhere else. there was only 1 double electrical outlet to serve 4 of us, thus knocking 1 star off the amenities rating."

"Room was basic but comfy bathroom was nice however fridge and tv were not usable but this was fine for one night The pub on the bottom level has great food"
