"With five days before our stay in Milan, our previous hotel canceled on us so we were asked to accept Hotel Lugano. We are two adults and a 14 month old baby, we traveled with a pram. The entrance to the hotel is not wheel accessible. We had a friendly receptionist on arrival and pleasant check in. The elevator was old, and small but it fit the pram and a suitcase. On entrance to the room, we were hit with the smell of bleach. So we spent the first minutes opening all the windows and blasting...

This hotel is located in Ciutta Studi neighborhood, a safe, lovely neighborhood which houses the largest polytechnic institute in Milan. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "
