"It was awkward the way the host treat me and my friends. The force runs out a few times during de night and the host acuses us of using something inside the room, but we even aren't there during the evening. In the morning, the problem continued and we couldn't even use the hair dryer properly. The power kept runing out with my hair dryer and the hotel one. It's absurd that we can't even have a nice shower and a hair clean and dry. "

"Yes this is an older property but it's kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly one of the receptionist who was very funny. The breakfast is complimentary, typically Italian breakfast with selection of sweet filled croissants and cakes. A selection of cereal, yogurt, toast, jams and biscuits. Fresh juice, coffee machine and selection of teas...yes I would stay here again as it's reasonably priced and we didn't mind the walk to the metro."

"From an easy check-in to a packed breakfast box upon early check-out, I was pleased I had chosen Boutique Hotel Dieci. They even offered me a 4 am cappuccino to go before I got the taxi for an early train to Assisi. The breakfasts were amazing and everyone on staff was cheerful and helpful."

"It was a good accommodation for 4 night stay in Milan. Hotel is situated a bit far from Milan central. Overall hotel had good ambience and staffs were friendly and helpful. Our room had a direct access to garden which was a plus. Room was clean and had daily room service which was good. Breakfast was pretty basic but with a budget options I felt they were good enough.
