They are superb ambassadors for the Holiday Inn in Cicero, NY The breakfast area was well stocked , clean and pleasant. The woman in charge was excellent in its operation. Housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. Inn was near everything that you might want( stores, restaurants and in our case a community hockey center. "

"Hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was delicious. The only thing lacking was the temperature was adjustable past 68°, which is a little hot for sleeping for my family. Overall, a great place to stay! "
