"Great home with plenty of space. VERY Clean and even smells nice. Excellent location and close to everything we needed (restaurants, grocery stores, downtown, and SU Football). My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay and are already speaking about doing it again next year. Thank you Zarish!!!! "

"Wonderful check in! Fantastic stay, furnished and styled beautifully. All the amenities were great. Will plan to stay here again. Location is excellent so close to everything you need. Lake is gorgeous and you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. By far a fantastic gem of a home. "

"I cant say enough good things about this property and Bill as the host! The house was noticeably recently cleaned when we arrived, binder on the table explained everything we needed to know for our stay, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Bill was also a joy to communicate with prior to our stay. Highly recommend! "

"Updated kitchen and bath with everything provided. Well thought out lay out. Rey clean and appeared brand new. Lake front, similar to properties in that section. Walk in but rocky, wear water shoes. Kayaks provided, always a plus on Oneida Lake. Pictures were accurate of the property. House next door is being renovated but was pretty quiet. "
